We are an equine based care farm situated on the outskirts of Somerton, Somerset, England which offers daily inclusive activities for adults with learning difficulties. We also offer riding experiences and lessons for our younger riders from Somerton and surrounding areas.
We also run workshops for adults wanting to learn something new with produce we grow or harvest from right here on our farm.

OUR ADULT DAY SERVICE

Welcome to Eastfields at Bowers Hill.
Based in Somerton, Somerset. We are an equine based care farm situated on the outskirts of Somerton, which offers daily inclusive activities for adults with learning difficulties, to gain new skills and confidence, while providing the unique opportunity to interact with others in a rural setting.
These activities will include the chance to learn skills such as animal care and husbandry, horticulture and of course horse care and riding. We have a small herd of ponies which love to be cared for and groomed. We also have Chickens, Pygmy Goats, Saddleback Pigs a beautiful Rhea and lots of Guinea pigs.

Pony Days

Pony days are for children aged 6 to 13. We teach how to ride and care for our four legged friends in a fun and friendly environment. These sessions run from 10:00 - 15:00. Pony days make a fabulous introduction to the world of ponies and life long friends.
